According to them, their god Thoth was the god of literature and wisdom and Ra was the god of memory and strength. However, god Thoth wanted to teach the process of writing but god Ra did not like the idea. He told him that writing is lazier, instead, the Egyptians should memorize the things. But god Toth ignore the threat of god Ra. However, the contrary was created between the gods.
The Buried Queen
We all know about the last queen Cleopatra but there was another famous queen that, was queen Hatshepsut. She ruled over Egypt from 1479-1458 BC. Do you know about these queen? Well, queen Hatshepsut got the power of pharaoh after the death of her husband. Thutmose III was the husband of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut. She took a stepson, named Thutmose so that after her reign, he would rule over Egypt. She was the perfect example of a leader. She focused on the economy of the whole country. Hence, she was very famous all over Egypt.
Though she was the most powerful female pharaoh, the authority did not like her because she was a female. They tried to bring down the rule of the queen but she was strong enough and focused on her aim. Later the stepson succeeded her and he destroyed all the legal evidence of her reign. Many historians thought that this was a political move which occurred for power. However, the struggle of queen Hatshepsut wrote history which can never be forgetten.
